Get fit — and save money! — by cycling to work.

• Overview

  By swapping your car for a bike, you’ll save on petrol or public transportation costs. Iron Mountain will provide you with a bike for a year, and if you like it, you can purchase it at a fair market price. You’ll also save on cycling accessories, such as helmets, gloves, lights and more. And, you don’t pay tax or National Insurance (NI) on these accessories!

• How it works

  You select a bike and accessories from Halfords, Treadz, or other independent retailers. Plus, with this scheme, you qualify for: - A free £25 accessory voucher - A 20% discount on a range of bikes – click here for access- A 10% discount on all cycling equipment from Halfords for 12 months (restrictions apply) - Lifetime safety checks on all cycles you hire through the scheme - A lifetime guarantee on Halfords-branded bikes - Free insurance for a limited period (activation required)

  The cost of the bike and/or accessories will be deducted from your pay in 12 equal monthly hire payments. At the end of the 12-month period, you can buy your bike and accessories for fair market value or extend the agreement for an additional period of time (depending on your package) or return the bike and accessories to Cycle2Work.

  Making changes

  You can choose this benefit at any time. Once you have submitted your choice, you won’t be able to change it, even if you experience a valid life event. However, you have 14 days from the point of submitting your choice to cancel it by contacting the Iron Mountain Benefit Flex Platform contact centre.

• Get started

  Please complete the following steps:

  • Review the bikes and accessories in-store or online.

  • You should not make purchases on the provider’s site at this stage; just make a note of the price of a bike and/or accessories.

  • Enter the total value of the items on Iron Mountain Flex under Bike to Work.

  • Read the Pre-Contract Information and the Hire Agreement (found in Contacts and documents section), because by submitting, you are agreeing to its terms.

  • Review and confirm all your benefit choices on Iron Mountain Flex.

  Cycle2Work will email the Letter of Collection to you the month after the enrolment window closes.

  Please ensure that you have carefully checked all your benefit selections and confirmed your choices and any applicable follow-up items.
